Nuestra historia

Nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Tai Hang, Que Pasa brings an authentic slice of modern Spanish gastronomy to Hong Kong's dining scene. As part of the innovative Deadly Rabbits Concepts family, we've crafted a space where traditional Spanish cuisine meets contemporary Hong Kong energy, creating an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates the best of both worlds.

Location & DESIGN

The thoughtfully designed space captures the essence of contemporary Spanish dining while celebrating its unique location in Tai Hang. Our fluid indoor-outdoor setting creates a seamless connection with the neighbourhood's vibrant atmosphere. Comfortable seating and marble tables flow from our welcoming interior to our open frontage, perfectly positioned to embrace the energy of this distinctive neighbourhood. The space transitions effortlessly from day to night, embodying both the social spirit of Spanish dining culture and the authentic character of Tai Hang.

Our Culinary Philosophy

At the heart of our kitchen stands our prized Mibrasa charcoal oven, the cornerstone of our cooking philosophy. This traditional cooking method infuses our dishes with distinctive smoky flavours that transport you straight to Spain. Our menu showcases a thoughtfully curated selection of Spanish classics, from traditional tapas and made-to-order rice paellas to premium cured meats and artisanal cheeses. Our dedication to authentic flavours shines through in our selection of jamón ibérico, fresh seafood dishes, and traditional favourites like patatas aioli and chistorra sausage.

OUR WINE List

Our comprehensive beverage programme celebrates the rich diversity of Spanish wine culture, anchored by our carefully curated Rioja Library. This exceptional collection showcases the depth and prestige of Spain's most celebrated wine region, featuring distinguished labels like Marques de Murrieta Reserva and Marques de Riscal Gran Reserva. Beyond our Rioja collection, our wine programme spans sparkling cavas, crisp Albariños, and expressive Garnachas, complemented by our selection of traditional and modernist sangrias.
